The fit is trim, allowing for a more discreet fit; however, it's noticeably thinner/less absorbent than the InControl Inspire+ nighttime diaper (which I normally wear), and often requires the addition of a booster pad (leaks are embarrassing).
One thing to note: the padding in the front will separate with active movement, and almost always before it's heavily saturated -- which is a bit disappointing given the cost of these diapers.
The tapes adhere to the "tape landing zone" very well -- almost too well.
Overall, if you don't mind the juvenile/babyish print, these are very reliable adult diapers.
These briefs are quite good if you are not a heavy wetter. The blue square is not big enough for super heavy wetters. I do like the plastic outside as it helps to give that extra layer of protection. The brief is quite bulky but it does the job. They are a little pricey but compared to less absorbent briefs they are worth the extra money
