Although this diaper’s hook and loop design is better than any retail cloth-like adult diaper, I still find it awkward (stressful) to deal with. I’m very active, and the tapes have a tendency to shift with active movement. You have to be very exact when you fasten/apply the tapes - i.e. you have to 1) ensure that the diaper’s entire front panel is entirely flat across your body; and 2) don’t apply them too tightly or too loosely.
That being said, the PE backing is *very soft; and this diaper is very absorbent (I can wear it day -or- night with any leaks). It does have a tendency (due to the hook and loop system) to sag when it’s quite saturated, though, so I wouldn’t say it’s the most discreet adult diaper.
If you’re very active, I don’t recommend using this diaper due to the hook & loop system not being 100% reliable.
